Hawai'i College & Career Fair Exhibitor Information/Registration
Aloha exhibitors!
Everything you will need to be an exhibitor for the Hawai'i College & Career Fair will be found on this page. We strongly recommend you visit this page frequently before the 2013 fair for all of the latest exhibitor information and updates for each of the five fairs.
Feel free to contact us using the contact form on the right to communicate with our Hawai'i College & Career Fair representatives. Additionally, you can send us an email direct to exhibitors@hawaiicollegecareerfair.org
Are you Considering Attending as an Exhibitor?
Our fair is unique in three ways:
- Our population resides in communities on several islands, accessible by air; therefore, we present FIVE FAIRS on four islands. This enables us to reach students in rural communities and reach more of our island families.
- Hawai`i's high school students have diverse post-secondary aspirations. Our students have strong desires to attend 4-year universities, community colleges, as well as technical and vocational training programs. In response to this, our fairs also focus on career training and preparation programs, rather than solely on accredited 2 or 4 year colleges.
- Our Fairs involve greater travel expenses than most mainland fairs. We encourage you to utilize local or nearby alumni as representatives, although we highly recommend your staff to attend.

Important Notice & Disclaimer to all Exhibitors
As a courtesy to all exhibitors, guests, students and families, the Hawaii College & Career Fair has instituted a solicitation policy on all exhibitors beginning with the 2013 fair season. Exhibitors are instructed to not solicit beyond your area surrounding your table or booth that will interfere or intrude into the space or becomes distracting to neighboring exhibitors. Exhibitors found violating this solicitation policy by Hawaii College & Career Fair staff or who receive excessive complaints of policy violation will be asked to leave the fair and will not be refunded of their registration fees. By submitting a registration form and payment of registration fees, exhibitors are acknowledging and agreeing to this policy.
